Boost Windows Startup/Booting speed manually

   To Boost Windows Startup/Booting speed follow the following steps:- 1)       Press Ctrl + R 2)       Type msconfig and Press Enter. 3)       System Configuration Dialog Box would be opened. 4)       Click on Services Tab and Check Hide Microsoft Services. 5)       Now Un-check the services you do not want to start/run on windows Booting/Startup and press            apply. 6)       Next Click on Startup Tab and Un-check the programs you do not want to start/run on windows       Booting/Startup and press apply. And press OK. 7)       In Windows 8/8.1 you can disable the Startup programs from Task Manager.

Notepad++ a Good Text Editor and Alternative to Windows Notepad.

Notepad++ is a free and Open Source Text Editing Software. You can download it from www.sourceforge.net. You can use it for Editing Programming Files of many languages like C, C++, C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Batch Programming, XML, PHP, Objective-C and many more. It has the feature of Syntax Highlighting for many languages. Hide Drives in Windows (Windows Explorer)

o    To hide Drives in Wind ows Explorer follow the following steps:- 1)     Press Ctrl + R 2)       Type gpedit.msc and Press Enter. 3)       Local Group Policy Editor Window would be opened. 4)       Go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer and click on it. 5)       Now on Right Side Panel search for ‘Hide these specified drives in My Computer’ and click on it. 6)       Now a new window would be opened. Select Enabled option. After that select the drives you want to hide from the drop down menu. And press OK . Now your selected drives would be hidden in the Windows Explorer.
