Hide Drives in Windows (Windows Explorer)

o   To hide Drives in Windows Explorer follow the following steps:-


1)   Press Ctrl + R
2)      Type gpedit.msc and Press Enter.
3)      Local Group Policy Editor Window would be opened.
4)      Go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer and click on it.
5)      Now on Right Side Panel search for ‘Hide these specified drives in My Computer’ and click on it.
6)      Now a new window would be opened. Select Enabled option. After that select the drives you want to hide from the drop down menu. And press OK.

Now your selected drives would be hidden in the Windows Explorer.
